As proposed by his lawyer, Michael H. Erlich, and Special Prosecutor Michael Russo, Judge Groce agreed to recommend that Mr. Carron serve the committed portion of his sentence at the Western Massachusetts Alcohol Rehabilitation Center in Springfield.
