Im doing a self detox from heroin, the last time i used was 24 hours ago exactly. im just starting to get sick. i was doing 4-6 bags a day sniffing for 3 months straight waiting no more than 12 hours between each dose. Any tips? ive never let myself get sick before, only once and it was horrible and i was a month and a half into severe addiction, so i wouldnt let myself get sick again. Any tips on how much worse it will get for me? Any tips on how to handle withdrawl?

Yea, i weened off.. gradually over 2 months after using two years. My withdrawal was minimal, but still got leg cramps and no sleep. Best thing i can suggest is ride it out. It’ll get worse 2-3 days in, and after 5 days you should be nearly there. Its tough, i’m tellin ya but you CAN do it. Message or mail me if u want any more advice or talks. I heard smoking Kratom eases withdrawal but I swear by the bare back method, as once you are clean, you will think twice before going back. Stay strong bruv.

Stopping cold turkey is possible. But the odds of you being successful is against you.
The best way is to ween or titrate yourself off. And you will probably need a doctors health. Methadone is used to help you dose yourself off heroin, but is probably not the best way, as it replaces one addictive drug for another one.
A very helpful drug called Suboxone has been very helpful with people wanting to detox from heroin.
There are medications that help with withdrawal but they only help slightly and will not take the full effects of withdrawal. Suboxone is extremely helpful withdrawal is very low if any.
That would be your best bet and your best way to be successful doing a complete detox.
