Pune’s Womens presently facing Multi-Addiction problems – 21-year old Ketki Shah (name changed) is a student of fine art and at present undergoing the Nishigandh a centre for women comes under Muktangan De-addiction Centre. Coming from a high profile family, she is presently facing multi-addiction problems from smoking hashish to drinking liquor. There may be many such Ketkies in Pune who are facing the similar problems of addictions in their late 20s. Being a cosmopolitan city, Punes true culture is drastically changing, said Mukta Puntambekar, deputy-director of Muktangan Mitra Foundation told MiD DAY.
