SHAW TV – The Express – Report on Portage BC Recognition Ceremony 2010 – SHAW TV’s The Express reporters were on hand to cover Portage BC’s first Recognition Ceremony on May 2nd, 2010. The graduates of the residential drug addiction rehabilitation program were celebrated by their friends and families, Portage staff members and residents, and invited guests. Portage is a cross-Canada non-profit organisation, providing drug addiction rehabilitation programs in BC, Ontario, Québec, and New Brunswick. There are specific programs for adolescents, adults, mothers with young children, and people with mental health problems who suffer from substance abuse.
