I have researched a little and found that it is because your body dehydrates and leaves you looking for replacements for what you’ve lost.

I can tell you that I now have began to drink water while I drink. I keep a glass of ice water along with my beer, or captian morgan and I do not get hungry nor do I have a head ache(hang-over)
Try it- you’ll be amazed at the difference
