Unfortunately, you didn’t say what kind of rehab program you are looking for–physical therapy, cardiac, or addiction–so I am just going to guess here that you want a substance abuse program, which is the most common kind of rehab. I have 3 suggestions for you.
Community Addiction Services has a Spanish speaking program, and they may be a good bet for you. They have separate mens’ and women’s programs, and they can also deal with special needs, like HIV/AIDS
